New Moms Inc. supports the livelihood of impoverished adolescent parents and their children, improving their chance for success in life, school and work through their focus on health and birth outcomes. Today, it provides housing and supportive services for 40 homeless families, delivers home-based parent education and mentoring sessions, and offers individualized career planning through the Academy program. By working with New Moms, Vistex is not only fulfilling its goal of providing equal opportunity for those living in poverty, but it is also helping new parents feel comfortable and strong about the lives that they are leading.
